We reserve the right to refuse or return materials if they do not match the description provided once they arrive at our facility.
Shipping & Delivery
You are responsible for safely packing and shipping materials to our facility.
We will confirm once your shipment is received.
If materials arrive in unsafe condition (chemical leakage, liquids, broken packages), we may reject the shipment.
Confidentiality
We do not store or request personal, medical, or patient data from the films.
All films are recycled only for silver recovery, and all images are destroyed during the process.
We maintain full confidentiality for all materials received.
Payments
Payments for X-ray film are made after you accept our offer and before delivery.
The process is as follows:

We make the payment before the films leave your location.
After payment is received, we arrange the transport company or cargo to collect the materials from your warehouse or location.
Payments are issued through the agreed method (bank transfer, etc.).

We are not responsible for:
Incorrect information provided by the seller
Any indirect or accidental damages resulting from the use of our website
However, once the materials are collected by our arranged transport company or cargo from your location, they become our responsibility.
From that point onward, we are responsible for the safe handling, transport, and delivery of the materials to our facility.
